Return
Items without quality issues are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the customer still requests a return. In such cases, all shipping costs and applicable taxes will be the customer's responsibility. Before returning any item, please contact team@seriousplayeronly.com
with product photos to confirm eligibility. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the product you currently have. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order separately for the desired item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your package immediately upon reception.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible.
Clear photos of the item must be provided via email so that we can evaluate the issue and offer an appropriate solution.
Suggested Care for Your Shoes
We do not recommend replacing our original insoles with hard or non-original insoles.
Any damage caused by doing so will not be covered, and Serious Player Only assumes no responsibility for such issues.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Due to hygiene concerns, the following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

Do not send products back without prior approval. -
For returns due to personal preference changes (such as size, color, or style), the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility. However, for defective items or incorrect items shipped by us, we will provide a prepaid return label after the issue has been confirmed.

Returns are only accepted for U.S. return addresses.
At this time, we do not support returns from regions outside the United States. -
If a return is exceptionally approved from outside the U.S., the customer must fully bear all shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs fees.

Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned item (unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging), we will proceed with the evaluation.
Refund
