Shoes: For a standard or narrow foot, stay true to size; for wider feet, longer toes, or other foot quirks, go half a size up.
Midsoles: Choose the same size insole for the size of shoe you are inserting it in.
Global Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 (for almost all destinations). However the estimated time for delivery can vary:
US: The standard shipping time is about 5-7 business days.
Rest of the World: The standard shipping time can take up to 15 business days. However this could be longer due to the pandemic.
Return & Exchange
For standard returns, $20 will be deducted to cover shipping costs. While for exchanging sizes, please contact our staff (team@seriousplayeronly.com) to assist you on a case by case basis.
