We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

◆ To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused in its original packaging. Please write us over firstname.lastname@example.org with a full photo set of the product you intend to return. Our staff will assist you to make sure that you fall into the eligibility and do not incur any ineffective returns. Please note that the shipping cost back the our warehouse will not be covered for the return.
Return for Exchanges (if applicable)
◆ We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please feel free to contact us email@example.com, we are glad to help.
We cannot refund if it occurs one of the following two situations.
1. Send products to the wrong address (including returning directly to the place of shipment without contacting us).
2. Choose the return method for cash on delivery.
